University of Rajasthan PG Admission 2023-24 Eligibility Criteria
For admission to Post Graduate programmes, the candidates will be required to submit an online Application Form for University of Rajasthan Admission Test for Post Graduate Courses–2023 (URATPG-2023).
- Candidate having passed Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant streams shall be eligible for admission to PG Courses.
- Those candidates who have appeared for the final examination can also apply.

University of Rajasthan PG Admission 2023-24 Application Process
- Candidates have to apply online only through the University website.
- Check eligibility criteria before filling application form for admission.
Steps for Application Process
- The Candidate is required to go to www.uratpguor.com or University website http://www.uniraj.ac.in and click on Apply Online for Phase-I link. Candidate will be redirected to www.uratpguor.com
- Click on Register for Application
- New page will open. Fill in Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Category and Number of Subjects. Press Next Button.
- The candidate can apply for appearing in the Entrance Test for a maximum of 3 (three) test subjects in a single form.
- The applicants should ensure that the entries of Name and date of birth are as per the Xth Board marksheet.
- Payment Invoice will appear. Check the details. Candidates are advised to print payment invoice for their future reference by clicking “Click here to Print Payment Invoice” link.
- Requisite Fee printed on the Payment Invoice can be paid Online Only.
- For payment of requisite fee Click on “Pay Online” button on the top of the page. You will be redirected to online payment gateway.
- Select Payment Mode option (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI) and Bank. Click on “Proceed Now Button”.
- Follow the instructions and pay Fee.
- The candidate will fill the online Application Form on the University website and would submit the form online.
- The applicants are not required to deposit the hard copy of the online application form. However, they are advised to keep the hard copy of the online application for their own reference.

University of Rajasthan PG Admission 2023-24 Selection Process
- For admission to post graduate programmes, the candidates will be required to submit the online Application Form for University of Rajasthan Admission Test for Post Graduate Courses 2023 (URATPG-2023).
- Admission to all the PG Departments of the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur shall be made on the basis of Entrance Test and Academic Merit of the qualifying Examination.
- However, admissions in all the PG Programmes being run under the faculty of Law shall be made on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in URATPG examination only.
- Admission to different streams of Faculty of Fine Arts will be given on the basis of marks obtained (70% weight age) in the Test URATPG + 30% (Marks in qualifying exam) + 30 Marks in the Practical Exam wherever applicable (to be conducted by the Department).
URATPG 2023 Entrance Test Details
- The entrance test shall have 100 objective type questions carrying one (1) mark each for each subject/programme within the notified syllabus (which is available on the website of the University for all undergraduate subjects/programme).
- The duration for each paper shall be 2 hours.
- Admission to different streams of Department of Visual Arts will be given on the basis of marks obtained in the subject Test URATPG + 30% (Marks in qualifying exam) + 30 Marks in the Practical Exam wherever applicable (to be conducted by the Department).
- Examination Centres: The Centre for Entrance Test(URATPG) and Roll number will be given on admission card which can be downloaded from the University website.
- The candidate will be required to fix a self-attested recent photograph and will have to produce valid Government ID proof in the examination hall.
- The Time Schedule of Entrance Test will be notified on the University website separately
URATPG 2023 Syllabus
There will be 100 Multiple Choice Questions (numbering 1 to 100) related to the Entrance Test Subject.
The Syllabus of each Test Subject comprises of the composite syllabus of Undergraduate Programme of that Particular Subject (of Session 2022-23) in the Undergraduate Programme of Part I, Part II and Part III in the University of Rajasthan.

URATPG 2023 Answer Key
Publication of Answer Key: The University shall publish the Answer Key pertaining to Test Subject of URATPG-2023 on the day of the test of the concerned subject on the university website. Candidates having any doubt with reference to Answer Key/Questions in the URATPG-2023 can communicate the same to the Office of the Convener URATPG-2023 within 48 hours of the publication on the email provided for sending grievance regarding the key.
