St. Xavier’s College Kolkata PG Programs Offered

Eligibility Criteria for St. Xavier’s College Kolkata PG Admission 2023

• Candidates who have successfully completed Bachelor degree in related field with a minimum of 55% marks in the Honours Papers (45% marks for the reserved category).
• Candidates who have completed 2nd year or 5th Semester and are awaiting final year / 6th semester Examination Results are also eligible to apply. Admission for such candidates will be provisional and be conditional to their passing the qualifying examination with the minimum required marks [55% marks in the Honours Papers (45% marks for the reserved category)]. 
• No candidate shall be eligible for admission after a lapse of more than five years from the year of passing the previous qualifying examination. The year of admission will not be taken into account while calculating five years from the year of passing the previous qualifying examination.
• At the time of application, the candidate must not have any arrear or failed papers from the previous years or semesters.

• Eligible candidates can apply online through official website https://admissions.sxccal.edu/PG2023/default2023.htm
• Please retain the acknowledgement sheet and the payment receipt for further use.
• You need to upload your recent Photo in JPEG format (within 100 KB in size) and Signature in JPEG format (within 40 KB in size).
• You also need to upload Mark Sheets up to the last semester/ year in a single PDF document (within 1000 KB).
• Keep the scanned photo, signature and the mark sheets (single PDF document) ready while you fill in the form.
• Please enter Name exactly as in the marksheet.
• Please correctly enter address, phone, mobile, e-mail etc.

Application Fee

• Application Fee: Rs.1000/-
• Mode of Payment: Online through Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking through the College Web

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on the admission test only.
