- PhD Programs (Full-time & Part-time): The admission forms of Ph.D. Programme are available throughout the year on the website of the School but the candidates shall be admitted twice in a year.
Eligibility Criteria for SPA Delhi Admission 2022

| Bachelor Programmes | Intermediate /10+2 with JEE (Main) 2022 by NTA (National Testing Agency) score. |
| M.Arch (Architectural Conservation & Urban Design) | Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Planning from a recognized university or equivalent. |
| Master of Design (Industrial Design) | Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture of a recognized university or equivalent or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Design/Fine Arts of a recognized university or equivalent with valid CEED score (essential for non-architectural candidates) from approved streams. |
| Master of Building Engineering & Management | Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering or Architecture or Architectural Engineering or Building Science or Five Year Diploma in Construction Technology or equivalent from a recognized university/institution established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature. |
| Master of Architecture (Landscape Architecture) | Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture or Planning or Master’s Degree in Planning or equivalent post-Graduate diploma of a recognized university/institution or certificate of completion of Pre-Landscape Architecture Course of the SPA, New Delhi. |
| Master of Planning (Environmental Planning) | Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or Architecture or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering or Environmental Engineering or Master’s Degree in Geography or Economics or Sociology or Environmental Science or Environmental Management of a recognized university or equivalent. |
| Master of Planning (Housing) | Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or Architecture or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering or Environmental Engineering or Master’s Degree in Geography or Economics or Sociology or Environmental Science or Environmental Management of a recognized university or equivalent. |

Selection Process
| Bachelor Programs | Admission to Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Planning will be made through JEE (Main) 2022 by NTA (National Testing Agency) |
| Integrated Master of Planning | Students (15 seats) admitted to the Bachelor of Planning programme of the School can opt for 5 year Integrated Masters of Planning Programme after VII semester subject to eligibility. |
| Master’s Programs | Based on Performance in Qualifying Examinations; and GATE/CEED Score, Portfolio of Work/ Thesis/ Project, etc., Statement of Purposes (description of the interest and motivation for the chosen study) & Work Experience, if any, after attaining the eligibility qualification. |
| PhD Programs | Based on written test & Interview. |
