SBBS University PhD Admission 2023 (Jan) Application Process

Candidates can apply online on university website.

Steps for online registration form –

• Fill the candidate name followed by father’s name, mother’s name & nationality
• Fill the gender followed by the category
• Fill pin number, Email ID, Mobile No., Aadhaar Card No.
• Upload the latest passport size photograph (image should be less than 1 MB) and Scanned fee receipt image along with its number and date
• Fill the complete details of education qualifications.
• Check your details properly and click on the submit button.

• Registration Fee – Rs.2500/-

Admission Procedure

• The selection will be based on the Online Entrance Exam and Interview
• The Candidates who have qualified the UGC NET/GATE/SLET(Punjab only) and the candidates who have passed M.Phil in Regular mode are exempted to appear in the Entrance Test. However, it is mandatory for candidates to fill the application form online and deposit the registration fee of Rs 2500/- before due date.

SBBS University PhD Entrance Test 2023 (Jan) Details

• The exam will be conducted offline, Timing 10:00 AM on 29-01-2023 (Sunday). The candidates are required to report atleast 30 minutes before the start time of the exam.
• Paper I (Research Methodology) will start at 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and Paper II (Subject specific paper) will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• The exam will be of 100 Multiple Choice Questions carrying 1 marks each (50 questions will be of Research Methodology and 50 questions will be of concerned subject).
• The admit card can be viewed/Downloaded on 26/01/2023 onwards at University website.
• The interview of all shortlisted candidates (Also for the candidates who have cleared NET/SLET/GATE) will be announced later on.
• 0.25 marks will be deducted for any wrong answer and 1 marks will be given for the correct answer.
