Prabhat Kumar College UG Admission 2023-24 Application Process

Online application form for admission in the first semester (Arts, Commerce and Science Department) of 2023-2024 academic year.
Only students who have passed the Higher Secondary or equivalent examination recognized board in 2023, 2022 and 2021 will be able to apply online for admission.
Go to the college website https://pkcollegecontai.ac.in/ and click on the Online Admission Portal button and then click on the ‘UG Program’ button to see all the relevant information menus. Click on the appropriate menu for the required information.
The most important thing in this online admission process is ( 1 ) Students ‘ own mobile number ( 2 ) Students ‘ own email ID (All communication from future college will be through these two means and application for students should never change their mobile number and email ID) Not).

Steps to Fill Application Form

First of all, click on the Apply Now button and register with some basic information.
In the next step, upload Scanned recent Color Passport size Photo (5 – 80 KB) and Signature (5 – 50 KB).
The next step is to upload the following documents in the original (Xerox copy can not be scanned and uploaded). Each scanned copy (within 200 KB) –
- Secondary Admit or Certificate
- Admit to higher secondary
- High school marksheet
- Cast Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhaar card
The next step is to provide all the information in the application.
Applicants to HONORS COURSE must firstselect Stream (BA / B.SC / B.COM) then select HONORS SUBJECT (Core Subject). The next step is to select Generic – 1 and Generic – 2. An applicant will select a total of two subjects one by one from the prescribed SUBJECTs of GENERIC.
In GENERAL COURSE (Arts / Science) the applicant has to select STREAM (BA / B.SC) first then DSC – 1 (First Subject). The next step is to select DSC – 2 (Second Subject) and GENERIC (GE) (Third Subject). An applicant will select one of the subjects prescribed by DSC-2.
Once the first form is filled and submitted with the correct information, the applicant will be able to know the form number and subject matter via SMS on the specific mobile which may be required to know the information of the applicant later. The college authorities will not be held responsible for any wrongdoing.
A maximum of five subjects can be applied. It will cost 150.00 rupees to apply.
Click on the APPLY ANOTHER button to complete the second form. In this case, select only the topics of the applicant.
If the information of any applicant is incorrect after the publication of the Provisional Merit List, report to the admission@pkcollegecontai.ac.in within the stipulated time on the due date of the complaint. No complaints will be accepted after the final list is published.

Counselling Process

After the final list is published on the scheduled day, ‘Payment Link Activate’ will be activated according to the cast category based seats (Intake capacity wise) of each subject. You have to reserve the seat by paying the admission fee within the stipulated time to that payment link, otherwise the name will be removed from the list .
The applicant has to check the website on the appointed day and pay the admission fee whether his / her name has been selected in the first, second or third merit list. The money will be matched later (ADJUST), all applicants are requested to look carefully at each merit list on the specified day.
In this case SMS may be sent from the college to the number given by the applicant but the applicants are being requested to visit the website of the college on the scheduled days.
If there is a vacancy in the first merit list, the second and subsequent merit lists will be published and the subsequent applicants will be activated in the same way.
If there is a name in the list, if the payment process is not completed within the stipulated time, then the student will not be admitted after the stipulated day or any application or request will not be accepted.
After making the Admission Fee Payment, the Payment Receipt must be printed where the Student ID and Class Roll Number will be written.
If any applicant wants to change the subject, the admission fee paid for the new subject can be completed by ADJUST on the basis of the application with the subject already accepted.
Printed Application Form with signature of applicant and guardian Age proof (MP ADMIT CARD), Marksheet of Secondary & Higher Secondary (MP & HS), Admit card & Registration Card of HS Examination, Character Certificate, Caste Certificate (if any) , AADHAAR card (Xerox and Original), Admission Fees Payment Receipt to be shown at the college office.
In case of any type of misrepresentation, the admission or application form will be considered as direct cancellation without showing cause and no refundable fee will be eligible.
