Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree or a equivalent professional degree with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade B in the UGC-7 point scale or equivalent grade if other grading system is followed.
- 5% relaxation of marks from 55% to 50% or an equivalent relaxation of grade may be allowed for the candidates belonging to ST/SC/Definitely-abled and other categories of candidates as per university norms.

Selection Process
Selection will be through entrance test.
Entrance Details
- Entrance test will be of 80 Marks.
- Passing marks will be 50% marks. Relaxation of 05% Marks for SC/ST/PwD category.
- Weightage of Marks scored in Entrance Test-
- For UGC-NET/GATE Qualified Students – 20% of Marks Secured in Entrance Test
- For SLET Qualified Students – 15% of Marks Secured in Entrance Test
- For MPhil/LLM/MTech Qualified Students from H.P. University – 10% of Marks Secured in Entrance Test
