DIT University PhD Admission 2021-22 Eligibility Criteria

| Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering | Minimum 55% marks or CGPA not less than 6 on scale of 10 in the respective Master’s Degree of a University or equivalent (Not distance or any other mode) NET/GATE/SRF qualified students shall be preferred. |

Admission Process
Candidates with valid GATE/UGC-NET/SLET score will not have to appear for DUET, and they will appear for Personal Interview directly.
Selection Process
- Non-GATE / Non-SET / Non-SLET Candidates
- Merit-based counseling on DUET 2021 followed by Personal Interview.
- For GATE/NET/SLET Candidates
- Based on Personal Interview.
