Eligibility Criteria for Amrita School of Biotechnology Admission 2021
For Undergraduate Programs
B.Sc. Microbiology (3 years/ 6 Semesters)
A pass in higher secondary examination or its equivalent is mandatory with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together.
B.Sc. Biotechnology (3 years/ 6 Semesters)
A pass in higher secondary examination or its equivalent is mandatory with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together.
For Postgraduate Program
M.Sc. Bioinformatics (2 years/ 4 Semesters)
- Graduation in any discipline of science including Mathematics, Engineering or Medicine with minimum 60% aggregate Marks.
- Background in Mathematics or Computer Science is preferred.
M.Sc. Microbiology (2 years/ 4 Semesters)
- Graduation in any discipline of Biological Sciences, Engineering (Biotechnology), Medicine or Equivalent (With Background in Biology).
- Candidates should have minimum 60% aggregate Marks in Qualifying UG Examination
M.Sc. Biotechnology (2 years/ 4 Semesters)
